Apply

Email hello@getdreamestate.com with a short note on who you could refer to us. We reply personally within 2 business days.

Referral code

You get a unique code the client quotes when requesting a demo. Valid for 6 months from first contact — real estate decision cycles tend to run long.

Commission

Once the client pays an invoice, your commission accrues. Paid by bank transfer, monthly, once you cross the €500 threshold.

Commission structure

    15% of every paid invoice. Calculated on the amount the client actually paid, not the amount invoiced.

    12 months. Recurring commission covers the first 12 months of the referred client's paid relationship.

    Code-based attribution, not cookies. Given our sales process (a conversation and demo, not self-serve checkout), the client quotes your code at first contact — valid for 6 months.

Perk for the referred client

The discount deliberately doesn't cover the whole first month — that's when we carry the highest onboarding cost (pulling and processing the client's entire listing catalog).

Payment guarantee

Breaking any of these voids the commission and ends your participation in the program.

    No bidding on our brand. You cannot bid on "Dream Estate" or variations in Google Ads or similar networks.

    No spam or unfounded promises. No mass emails and no false claims about what the product can do.

    No contacting clients already in our sales pipeline. If a given agency is already talking to us, we'll flag it at signup — refer someone else.
